Kovačević stated that the SNSD and HDZ have agreed not to enter government without each other. He noted that they are waiting for the constitution of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina. After that, the priority is to quickly form the government at the level of Republika Srpska. Following those steps, discussions at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina will continue.
