Russian forces attacked energy facilities in Kyiv, the surrounding region, and the nearby Zhytomyr region. Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko stated that these strikes have impacted the city's water and energy supplies. The Northern Bridge over the Dnipro River was also damaged during the attacks.
Ruske sile so napadle energetske objekte v Kijevu, okoliški regiji in sosednji regiji Žitomir, je sporočil župan ukrajinske prestolnice Vitalij Kličko. Po njegovih besedah škoda na objektih vpliva na oskrbo z energijo in vodo v mestu. V napadih je bil poškodovan tudi kijevski Severni most čez reko Dneper.
