Portuguese police have detained the man suspected of killing a foreign couple in Lagos. The victims were a 79-year-old man and a 62-year-old woman who ran businesses in the health sector. The pair had lived in Portugal for several years before the attack. Officers made the arrest in the early hours of the morning.
