Govt. to demolish old barracks at Brickdam Police Station
Guyana's Ministry of Home Affairs has issued an invitation for bids to demolish the old barracks inside the Brickdam Police Station compound in Georgetown. The step comes as work continues to fully complete the US$28 million headquarters on the site, renamed the National Security Tower. Clearing the old structures is the next phase of the project.
