The 4th edition of the Luanda Biennial is concluding today in the capital. This Pan-African Forum for the Culture of Peace and Non-Violence began yesterday. The final day features thematic panels focusing on water governance and climate change. Discussions will also cover investments within the water sector. These sessions will bring together various figures, including the minister of works.
