Pakistan and Canada have signed a memorandum of understanding between medical institutions to expand postgraduate medical education, training and professional skills. A press release from the Pakistani High Commission in Ottawa said the agreement was signed by the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons.
