អង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលខកចិត្តនឹងអាជ្ញាធរចំពោះការហាមមិនឱ្យរំឭកខួប២៣តុលានៅទីសាធារណៈ
Thirty civil society organizations issued a joint statement on October 23 accusing Phnom Penh City Hall of blocking their right to gather in front of the Cambodian Development Council. The groups wanted to hold the gathering to mark the 35th anniversary of a peace agreement. They said they were disappointed with the authorities over the ban on public commemoration.
អង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលចំនួន ៣០ស្ថាប័នបានចេញសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមមួយ នៅថ្ងៃទី២៣ តុលា ដោយចោទ សាលារាជធានីភ្នំពេញថាបានបិទសិទ្ធមិនឱ្យមានការជួបជុំនៅមុខក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា (CDC) ដើម្បីរំឭកខួប៣៥ឆ្នាំ នៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពទីក្រុងប៉ារីស។ តែអាជ្ញាធររាជធានីភ្នំពេញ អះអាងថា រដ្ឋបាលក្រុងមិនបានបិទសិទ្ធិ ក្នុងការប្រារព្ធកម្មវិធីជួបជុំរបស់អង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលទេ ដោយគ្រាន់តែមិនឲ្យធ្វើនៅទីសាធារណៈ។
