The Gardaí announced that three individuals have been released after being questioned in connection with a fatal arson attack in Waterford city. The attack resulted in a fire that destroyed a home in the Birchwood area on October 13th. The victims were Philip and Kim English along with their children, Callum, who was 12, and Jayden, who was 9. The release follows the completion of the initial police inquiries.
