Eagles United sit at the top of the Upper Demerara Football Association U‑17 league and appear set to claim the title. The Christianburg club holds a twelve‑point lead with four matches still to play. Their next fixture is against Dainty’s Academy, which currently occupies the lower end of the table. The team’s captain, Pharez Noble, wore the number ten jersey and scored in recent games. With such a margin, the championship is effectively secured. A win in the final match would leave no doubt about their dominance.
