Cambodia’s Ministry of Interior announced on 23 October 2026 that it does not recognize Seng Mardy as president of the Khmer Will Party. The ministry said it continues to recognize Sok Hach as president of the same party. The rejection is tied to the appointment of Seng Mardy as party president.
