The government has moved ahead with building cricket stadiums with floodlights in eight cities within three years, according to Infrastructure Development Minister Sunil Lamsal. He spoke while wishing success to the third edition of the Nepal Premier League, which starts today. The plan is to run the NPL on a home-and-away basis.
