The Lumbini provincial government has urged people to take high precautions, saying Cyclone Arnav in the Bay of Bengal could increase the risk of heavy rain, lightning and wind in seven districts of Lumbini Province. The warning says the cyclone’s impact may affect those districts. The provincial government issued the caution as the risk rises.
