The Gas Vendors Federation Nepal has urged businesses to issue a VAT bill or invoice to consumers whenever cooking LP gas is sold. It said the step is needed to enforce a directive from Nepal Oil Corporation. The federation also said both businesses and consumers must take responsibility for implementing the directive.
