Residents in the Bežigrad area experienced hot water outages lasting more than two days during heating pipe renovations. Energetika Ljubljana does not charge for heat consumption during these periods. However, some residents found that their water meters continued to record usage. This has led to situations where people are paying for water they did not receive. The issue raises questions about who is responsible for these recordings and what steps residents can take.
