The Inspector-General of Police says the tenure of AKPS chief Datuk Seri Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain has been referred to the Attorney-General's Chambers and the Agong. Shuhaily heads the Malaysian Border Control and Protection Agency. The remarks were reported from Shah Alam on Oct 28.
