Sudan's Ministry of Animal and Fish Wealth announced that the first shipment of chilled Sudanese meat arrived in Oman at dawn on Wednesday. The shipment is for Al-Qassab Company for Sudanese Meat in Muscat. It is the first such shipment since the war broke out in April 2023. The report also mentioned the opening of discounted sales markets in Khartoum Bahri to address rising prices, and cited Al Arabiya saying the step marks a resumption of exports.
