Finance Minister Petrit Malaj presented the draft budget for 2027 during the Conference of Chairmen on Thursday. Public spending is expected to exceed 10 billion lek. The plan includes doubling the bonus for pensioners. The Democratic Party announced a boycott of the conference. They claim they were not given any draft budget documents. The party also stated that explanatory reports and financial documentation were not provided.
