LAPROPHAN, described as a leading pharmaceutical group in Morocco, has disclosed details of listing its shares on the Casablanca Stock Exchange through a public offering valued at 2.22 billion dirhams. The move is intended to raise new financing to accelerate the group’s industrial and investment expansion in Morocco and abroad. It also aims to strengthen its position in the national and international pharmaceutical market after more than 75 years.
