Ouigo has cancelled all of its trains scheduled for October 30 and November 2. The sweeping decision came after a day of chaos on the tracks. On top of that, the train drivers' union has announced fresh strikes at Renfe for November 10 and 12. Travelers face the prospect of more disruption on those two dates.
