Diego Gonzaga, a 39‑year‑old worker, fell inside an ice‑shredding machine at a food‑processing plant in Minas Gerais, Brazil. His colleagues rushed to his side and tried to keep him calm while waiting for emergency responders. Firefighters arrived on the scene and began a rescue operation inside the machinery.
