The Revolutionary Guard Navy stopped two tankers in the south of Hormuz. Officials stated the vessels had turned off their navigation systems and ignored radio warnings. The tankers were reportedly using a route Tehran considers unauthorized. Meanwhile, Iran claims it destroyed an unmanned American ship. Washington has not yet confirmed this event.
