Josefina Soto is the new undersecretary of Justice following the departure of Luis Silva. A lawyer from the Catholic University, she was part of the Technical Admissibility Committee for the second constitutional process. Her professional background includes ties to the Jaime Guzmán Foundation and the Center for Republican Ideas Studies. She also previously worked within the ministries of Energy and Finance.
