A farmer in Al Jazira state appealed in a circulating video for the minister to intervene urgently to lower fuel prices and rescue farmers from the gasoline crisis. The governor of Al Jazira said the fuel crisis is close to ending and directed that distribution be handled firmly. According to Al-Tayyar newspaper, the farmer said the price of a gallon of gasoline allocated to farmers had reached 150,000 pounds.
