Sudan Airways flights returned to normal on Wednesday after an emergency halt that lasted several days because of a technical fault. Travelers widely welcomed the resumption. The airline’s schedule on the Khartoum–Port Sudan–Cairo–Jeddah routes returned to order. That helped ease the anxiety and confusion that had accompanied the disruption.
