Sudan's government said it has filed a complaint against Ethiopia's federal government with the Security Council and the African Peace and Security Council. It says attacks launched from inside Ethiopian territory targeted civilian sites, individuals and electricity stations in several Sudanese states. According to the government, the attacks caused civilian casualties and disrupted essential services. It also said drones launched from Ethiopia targeted electricity stations.
