Former Namibia international footballer Tiberius “Tebe” Lombard, now 35, has begun a new phase of his career as a football agent. He launched AYO Football Agency with the aim of opening pathways for talented Namibian players. Lombard plans to use his experience from playing both domestically and abroad to guide clients toward professional contracts. The agency’s concept was born in late 2024 and it officially opened its doors in 2025. He hopes to help players secure moves to clubs outside Namibia and establish themselves in the professional game. Lombard emphasized the abundance of untapped talent in his country as his motivation. The new venture marks his transition from player to mentor and negotiator.
