Rashad Mohammed al-Alimi, head of the Presidential Leadership Council, warned that Iranian Revolutionary Guard networks are playing a growing role in directing the Houthi militia’s military operations and threatening international shipping. He made the remarks during a Tuesday meeting with Clemens Hach, the German Foreign Ministry’s director for Middle East and North Africa affairs. Al-Alimi said these networks are directly involved in managing the Houthis’ operations.
