„Tesonet“ Kaune pradeda daugiafunkcio kvartalo statybas: investuos 90 mln. eurų
The technology group Tesonet has started construction on a multifunctional quarter in Kaunas, specifically in Žemojoja Freda. The company plans to invest 90 million euros into the first phase of the project. A contract has been signed with the construction company Conres LT. This first stage covers a plot of approximately 1.36 hectares. Development will begin with an office building. A hotel and apartments will be built later.
Technologijų grupė „Tesonet“ pradėjo daugiafunkcio kvartalo Kaune, Žemojoje Fredoje, pirmojo etapo statybas, į kurias planuoja investuoti 90 mln. eurų, skelbia portalas „Verslo žinios“. „Tesonet“ strateginių projektų vadovė Evelina Žvinytė portalui teigė, kad įmonė pasirašė rangos sutartį su statybų bendrove „Conres LT“. Pasak E. Žvinytės, pirmuoju etapu apie 1,36 ha ploto sklypo dalyje, pradėjus nuo biurų pastato, vėliau bus statomas viešbutis, o galiausiai – butai.
