Cenco Malls reported earnings of 130 million US dollars for the July-September quarter, marking a 26.4% increase from the previous year. Operational revenues grew by 14.8% during the third quarter. When the inclusion of Plaza Central in Colombia is excluded, the increase stands at 8.3%. The company attributes these gains to better operational performance and property revaluation.
La empresa ganó US$ 130 millones en el trimestre julio-septiembre, un 26,4% más que el año anterior. Los ingresos operacionales subieron 14,8% en el tercer trimestre, pero excluyendo la incorporación de Plaza Central, en Colombia, el alza es de 8,3%.
