Nepal is under the partial influence of western winds, with partly cloudy conditions expected in the Himalayan and hilly regions. In its update for 20 Kartik, the Meteorological Forecasting Division says those areas will be partly cloudy this afternoon, while the rest of the country’s weather is also described in the forecast.
