Senior advocate Rajesh Kafle told a parliamentary committee in Kathmandu that judges themselves have the main responsibility for stopping corruption in the judiciary. Kafle has filed complaints against proposed judges. After he gave information about the complaints he filed, lawmakers questioned him.
