On the morning of 6 November, the Thang Long project management board of the Ministry of Construction opened a tender for consultancy package TV02. The package covers field surveys and the preparation of a feasibility study report for the north‑south high‑speed railway project. The work is valued at 10.782 billion Vietnamese đồng. Bidding is now open to qualified firms. The procurement aims to advance the planning stage of the railway.
