The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority filed a case in the Special Court against 97 people, including former Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal and former minister Dr. Minendra Prasad Rijal. The case asks the court to confiscate all of the land involved. People who bought plots are now fearful, according to the report.
