The Election Commission has sent a proposal to the Ministry of Home Affairs on arranging inter-district and external voting in the upcoming election. Election Commissioner Guru Prasad Wagle said the commission is working to integrate seven separate laws. The proposal concerns voting arrangements for the next polls.
