Pakistan’s ambassador to France, Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, said that durable peace in South Asia depends on a peaceful resolution of the Jammu and Kashmir dispute in line with UN Security Council resolutions and the aspirations of the Kashmiri people. She spoke at an event marking Black Day for Kashmir and expressing solidarity with Kashmiris. Baloch described the Kashmir issue as a strong case on political, legal and moral grounds.
