Federal Minister for Energy Owais Leghari announced a complete ban on issuing detection bills to any consumer in the future. He made the announcement while chairing a meeting of the boards of power distribution companies (DISCOs). The meeting addressed wrong and arbitrary detection bills issued to consumers.
