SINGAPORE – A former loan shark who was on the run from the authorities for 33 years was convicted on Nov 11 for fatally stabbing a debtor in 1990.Ng Kwang Keng, now 80, pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of voluntarily causing grievous hurt by dangerous weapons or means.
