TEHRAN – Elaborating on the late Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei’s mindset on the environment, the head of the Department of Environment (DOE), Shina Ansari, said the Leader’s environmental policies underlined the collective responsibility of each individual to protect the natural environment.
