Almost two years ago, Mumbai girl Anamta Ahmed - then 13 years old - suffered a massive shock and extensive burn injuries after she touched an 11KV cable while playing with her cousins on a visit to Aligarh. Two full-grown Rottweiler dogs - untethered and aggressive - mauled a five-year-old girl in a park in Chennai's Thousand Lights on Sunday.
