The Border Security Force (BSF) has seized two drones and a substantial quantity of narcotics in two separate incidents near the India-Pakistan International Border in Punjab's Tarn Taran district. In a coordinated operation, BSF personnel recovered a total of 1,060 grams of suspected methamphetamine from the drones. The first drone was confiscated at around 8:10 pm on Friday from a farming area in CB Chand village. A Delhi court on Friday extended till July 3 the judicial custody (JC) of AAP leader Manish Sisodia in a money laundering case related to the alleged excise scam. Special Judge Kaveri Baweja extended Sisodia's remand after he was produced before the court through video conference from jail on expiry of the judicial custody granted earlier. The judge also asked the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to supply a copy of the charge sheet, filed recently by the central probe agency, to Sisodia and other co-accused after redacting the name of a protected witness.
