A man who says he was falsely arrested has claimed in a lawsuit that he contracted a sexually transmitted infection after being assaulted inside a police lockup. The assault, which lasted approximately 30 minutes, happened in 2014 after John Brown* was taken into custody, placed in a cell and ordered by cops to remove his clothes, the lawsuit claimed.
