The police in Clarendon are probing the shooting death of a man in Lionel Town on Friday. He has been identified as 57-year-old Orville Garriques, otherwise called ‘Bugle’, who lived in the area. The police report that about 11:00 a.m., the man was in a section of the community known as Capture Land when explosions were heard. Passers-by summoned the police. On their arrival, the man was found along the roadway with what appeared to be gunshot wounds. Read more
