Two people, who were spotted riding a personal mobility device (PMD) and speeding down the Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) tunnel at high speed on July 12, have been tracked down by Land Transport Authority (LTA) officers.Dashcam footage of the incident shared with Facebook page SG Road Vigilante showed the duo weaving between cars and travelling at speeds higher than vehicles around them.
