Traffic lights at the Henderson Road and Telok Blangah Heights road junction were knocked out for nearly nine hours after a car skidded and crashed into a traffic lights signal control box on early Monday (Aug 17) morning.The incident, involving a silver Toyota saloon car, happened at about 4.10am.
