WESTERN BUREAU: Marisa Dalrymple-Philibert, the state minister in the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, says justices of the peace (JPs) are required to play a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of Jamaica’s passport, immigration and citizenship systems.
