인천시가 109시간에 걸친 쿠팡물류센터 화재 진압 작전에 투입된 소방공무원들에게 특별휴가를 부여한다. 인천시는 서해구 석남동 쿠팡물류센터 화재 현장 대응에 참여한 소방공무원에게 특별휴가 1일을 부여한다고 28일 밝혔다. 화재 현장과 종합상황실 등에서 진화와 대응에 힘쓴 소방공무원들의 노고를 격려하기 위해 마련됐다. 인천시 지방공무원 복무조례에는 성공적인 업무 수행 등으로 지역 발전에 기여한 공로가 인정되는 경우 소속 공무원에게 5일 이내의 특별휴가를 부여할 수 있도록 규정하고 있다. 지난 18일 오전 6시 54분쯤 석남동 쿠팡물류센터 6층에서 발생한 불은 109시간 41분 만인 22일 오후 8시 35분쯤 완전히 진화됐다.당시 소방관 2명이 각각 연기 흡입과 탈진으로 병원 치료를 받았다. 이 외 인명 피해는 발생하지 않았다. 특별휴가 대상은 화재 진압 현장과 내근 부서, 상황실 등에서 대응 업무를 수행한 인천시 소속 소방공무원 3411명 중 762명이다. 시는
