Sun, 2020-05-24 16:46 RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health announced Sunday 11 new deaths from COVID-19, and an increase of 2,399 confirmed cases. The latest figures bring the total number of deaths in the country to 390, and total cases to 72,560. The announcement also revealed another 2,284 people had recovered from the virus, bringing the total recoveries to 43,520. In a bid to prevent the spread of the virus over Eid Al-Fitr, the Kingdom is under a 24-hour lockdown until Wednesday.
