Mokestį sudarys infrastruktūros dedamoji, skirta padengti valstybinių kelių statybos ir priežiūros kaštus, bei CO2 dedamoji – ji bus mažesnė mažiau taršiam transportui.

Pagal Seimo priimtas ir įsigaliojusias Nekilnojamojo turto kadastro įstatymo pataisas, žemės sklypo savininkas arba valstybinės ar savivaldybės žemės sklypo patikėtinis galės atsisakyti žemės sklypo ribų ženklinimo riboženkliais nurodydamas tai žemės sklypo ribų paženklinimo–parodymo akte.
