Mr. Fuad Seid Hamid and his wife Ms. Aster Tesfay Beraki from Kuwait also contributed through the Eritrean Embassy in Kuwait 32 thousands Kuwaiti Dinar (over 102 million Nakfa). Indicating that in some parts of the region the guidelines are not fully observed, Mr. Haile said that strict correctional measures have began to be taken on those that are violating the directives.
